Saturday 27 November, 10.30am

An online interactive story session for children aged 8 and under, who have been bereaved, and their families.
Join Seven Stories and children’s author Jo Empson for a joyful interactive session designed for children experiencing grief and loss and their families. The session will include a story time with a reading of Rabbityness by Jo Empson followed by some time to enjoy creative activities inspired by the story. The activities will give children the opportunity to remember their loved ones and share a musical activity together.

Picturebooks can be a great tool to facilitate conversation with children about experiencing grief and loss. Author and illustrator Jo will share her knowledge and experience of writing children’s books and talk about how creativity can help us to deal with grief and loss.
