We're Good to Go

We have acquired Visit Britain’s ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry standard mark which means that we have followed government and industry  COVID-19 guidelines, have a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

When you arrive

  • To comply with government guidance you are encouraged to wear a face-covering as you enter Seven Stories.
  • You may need to queue for a short time as we are limiting the number of people on one floor of the building at any given time.
  • Please socially distance whilst waiting to enter Seven Stories.

During your visit

  • To ensure the safety of others we would ask you to wear a face-covering as you move around Seven Stories. This does not apply to under 11s or people excluded due to health conditions.
  • Please socially distance when you visit and follow the one-way system around the building. Any children in your group must be supervised at all times.
  • Our staff will greet you at a distance. Some may be wearing facemasks or visors - this is their choice and not compulsory under government guidance.
  • Hand sanitiser stations have been installed throughout the building including the entrance and exit on street level as well as on Level 2 near the toilets. We ask that you use these during a visit particularly before handling books. We have increased cleaning in all public areas.
  • Our staff will be happy to help you adjust to the new way of visiting. Just ask!

Please remember

Stay at home if you’re feeling unwell, or have been in contact with someone who has coronavirus, and follow NHS guidelines.
