Share your story and shape our new exhibition!

Seven Stories will be launching a new exhibition in March 2018 and we need your help!

Time to Get Up is all about using books to explore and navigate a young child’s world and the exhibition will showcase a few favourites including Anna Hibiscus Song by Atinuke, Maisy's Bathtime by Lucy Cousins and Judith Kerr's Mog and Me.

We would love to share your experiences of using books with under 5s, and reflect your voice and experience in the gallery.  To take part and help shape the exhibition please let us know your answers to the following questions:

• What books have you loved sharing with the young children in your life?
• What books do you remember from your pre-school years?
• Have you found a book to be really wonderful, funny, useful, heartfelt or bizarre?
• Has a book been particularly helpful to you in exploring an issue or theme with a child?
• Do you have any tips for others about books they really need in their lives?

Send your answers (max 2 sentences) through to Exhibition Manager Alison Fisher, and a photo of yourself (maybe reading the book?) and we will feature responses in the gallery!

We look forward to hearing from you!
