Join us at Seven Stories this February Half Term (16th-24th February 2019) for a week of family fun. Here’s a rundown of everything we have planned for the week, hopefully we’ll see you there!

Useful Information:

Check here for information on where you can find us.

We can get quite busy over half term so if you want a calmer visit to us, our quietest time of the day is usually 3-5pm.

Every day:

Seven Stories opens at 10am every day during half term, this includes our two exhibitions, studio, café and bookshop:

Elmer and Friends: the Colourful World of David McKee – our brand new exhibition exploring the colourful character we all know and love is open daily from 10am.

Where Your Wings Were…Journey’s with David Almond – explore the writing of North East author David Almond through original archive material in this exhibition, also open daily from 10am.

Elmer’s Rainbow Playscape – take a playful journey through Elmer’s world with activities and craft.

Storytime – we have story time 3 times a day (10:30am, 1pm and 3:30pm) So settle down in our magical attic for a delightful story with our Story Catchers.

Elmer’s Pounce & Bounce Gallery Games - Prowl, slither and clamber your way up to the Elmer exhibition where a friendly critter from our team will be waiting to bounce, sing and share their favourite games with you. 11:45am and 2:15pm daily.
