Seven Stories is delighted to offer 2 lucky families the chance to attend the VIP launch of A Squash and a Squeeze: Sharing Stories with Julia Donaldson, with the chance to meet Julia Donaldson in person, attend a private books signing.
PLUS 5 runners up will win a family ticket to visit the exhibition, plus signed goodies!

Simply tell us which Julia Donaldson character you are most like and why? To enter email your answer to lauren.regan@sevenstories.org.uk
• Please put ‘Julia Donaldson Competition’ as the subject heading
• Supply your child’s (or children’s) name and age along with your address, contact telephone number and email.
OR post your entry to Lauren Regan, Seven Stories, the national centre for children’s books, 30 Lime Street, Ouseburn Valley, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 2PQ.
Competition closes at 5pm on Friday 2 March. Any entries received after this point will not be counted.
The competition is open to children aged 4+. One entry per family.
Terms and Conditions
The competition is open to children aged 4+ only. Each entry should state clearly the entrants name and age. A parent or guardian’s contact number and/or email address should be clearly visible, other wise the entry will be void. Seven Stories will not contact under 16s directly.
Competition closes at 5pm on Friday 2 March. Winners will be notified and officially invited to the launch on Monday 5 March. Entrants must be available on Thursday 15 March.
If you have not been contacted by Tuesday 6 March you have not been successful. Seven Stories can take no responsibility for lost or damaged entries. Only one entry per household. No cash alternative.
For the 2 lucky winners:
By entering this competition I give permission for photography or video/audio recordings of myself/my child/ my children to promote the work of Seven Stories, the national centre for children’s books and use the images/footage for an unlimited time period, royalty free. Images/footage will not be shared with third parties. How will the footage be used?
• In paper format in the media (newspaper, magazines)
• For use in Seven Stories promotional material (leaflets, newsletter, website, e-flyer)
• To promote Seven Stories on secured web pages (family days out websites, YouTube)
