Become a Friend of Seven Stories - because children’s books matter.
"Seven Stories is a place that celebrates books - it’s as simple as that - it's about how books are made, where books come from, how children can get involved in books. It's fun and it's wonderful and I love it." - Michael Rosen
Seven Stories is doing something special. The many thousands of children, young people, families, teachers, authors and illustrators who join in the things that we do, have told us this. But we can’t do it by ourselves. Your help matters.
Friends of Seven Stories are passionate about children’s books and support what we are doing to save Britain’s rich tradition of children’s literature and the many ways that we share its magic and power with new young readers.
The money you give will directly fund the work we do:
- acquiring and caring for outstanding works of art and important manuscripts
- creating inspirational exhibition and learning programmes
- in the community to encourage a love of books and reading
